I love shopping for (and helping other people find) baby things. So when I come across a great company, I love to talk about it. I recently heard about this company called Ashtonbee. There is so much to like about this company. For starters, they carry a wide variety or products. Everything from teethers to breast pumps to baby-proofing items. I’ve also heard great things about their customer service. All of their products come with a 100% lifetime warranty. It’s a no-questions asked, no-risk and a money-back guarantee. Warranties like this are so rare and this is a great benefit to shopping with Ashtonbee.

Another reason to shop at Ashtonbee is the company’s commitment to social responsibility. I love shopping with companies that give back in some way. This makes my money go even further than just the cute clothes and all the baby products we have around here. At Ashtonbee, they send 5% of their total profits each month to Save the Children and Every Mother Counts. Save the Children provides children in the U.S. and all over the world with education, health and protection programs and emergency relief. Every Mother Counts is an organization that focuses on eliminating the barriers to maternal health around the world. They provide prenatal and pregnancy education, care, training and support to women around the world and also here in the U.S.
So now for a little bit about their products. We were sent a few different items to try and we really like them all. Liam was a little disappointed there was nothing in the box for him, but Caleb is a happy camper. Especially about his new teethers. Here’s all the products Caleb’s been trying out:
This teether set is pretty unique with its design. It includes four teethers, each one is a different fruit: an orange slice, a strawberry, a pineapple and a bunch of grapes. Each fruit is attached to a green handle that resembles a stem. I really think that the handle on these teethers are what make them so different. The handles make them super easy to hold. I also like that Ashtonbee covered the base of the handle with a matching green piece. This allows the teether to stand on its own, instead of laying down flat on the table or floor. The handle has also been great for Caleb to work on his gripping and pick up motor skills.
One issue that we sometimes have with teethers that have handles is that Caleb likes to try to stick the end in his mouth. I’m always concerned about him gagging himself on it. The end piece on the handle of these tethers help prevent that. On the other hand, some of the fruits are smaller than the others, like the top of the pineapple. Caleb can definitely get this one farther into his mouth than, say, the orange. But at his age, this isn’t as big of an issue than it was a few months ago. I also only hand him this teether when I or my husband are in the room with him so we can keep an eye on him.
Each of the teethers have different textures to them, which I love. Sometimes Caleb prefers the smooth ridges of the grapes teether, while other times he prefers the raised edges of the orange slices. It’s great that these teethers come as a set, because Caleb loves going back and forth between all the different teethers based on whatever feels good on his gums at the time.
These teethers are non-toxic and BPA-free. They’re also freezer and dishwasher safe. This set costs $14.99 and can be purchased here.
Organic Freezer Safe Teether Set
Like the teething set above, this set also has some fruit pieces. In addition to the watermelon slices, grapes and bananas, this set also includes a baby bottle teether and some sort of obscure shape with several different textures. The curved handles on these teethers make them extremely easy to hold. I’m pretty sure this is why this set is highlighted for babies as young as three months old, because even teeny hands can easily grip the handles.
These teethers have a little bit more texture on them than the previous set I mentioned. I think they’re perfect for when Caleb really needs something to soothe his gums. The pieces are sized perfectly so that Caleb can massage more than one area of his gums at a time too. When I handed him one of these teethers, he couldn’t stop chewing on them. I’m pretty sure he’s been working on some molars lately, so these teethers have been so handy.
I love that this set comes in a pack of five. This makes it so easy to stash one in each area of the house as well as the diaper bag so that we’re never without one. Since these teethers have rounded handles, it also makes them easy to attach to the high chair and baby carrier using our Lil’ Sidekick.
These teethers are made with BPA-free, non-toxic, 100% medical grade silicone. They’re also freezer and dishwasher safe. I do want to point out that these don’t actually freeze or even have that gel that other “freezable” teethers generally have. However, all you need to do is pop these in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes and then they get nice and cold. Some babies find the cold really soothing to their gums, so it’s another great way to use the teethers. This set costs $14.99 and can be purchased here.
We’re still navigating the world of sippy cups with Caleb. He’s bottle fed, so we haven’t had a ton of reason to prioritize drinking water or anything else from a sippy cup. So this step is fairly new for us. I can tell that he’s super fascinated by them, so we’ve started introducing one at mealtimes. I remember it took us a while to find a sippy cup we loved with Liam, so at the moment, we’re just trying out different ones to see which kind Caleb likes the best.
I’ve never tried a sippy cup lid prior to the Ashtonbee ones, so I honestly don’t have much to compare them to. But there are definitely some things I like about them. The lids come in a pack of five, which is great because you really can’t have too many sippy cups. They go missing in our house all the time. Plus, there’s generally one in the car, one in the diaper bag, one at the kitchen table and yet another somewhere hiding in the living room.
My favorite thing about these lids is that they don’t come with a cup – you can use one you already have! Jamie loves it because it’s saving space in our kitchen cabinets. I actually went through it and got rid of some of Liam’s old cups and we love having the additional room. The lids from Ashtonbee fit any cup that measures 2.5″-3.75: around the top and turns it into a sippy cup. Caleb shakes, drops, tips and waves his cup around and the lid does a really good job at keeping the water in the cup. Obviously, with shaking, water will sometimes come out. But there have been no major spills, so I’m happy with them.
It’s really easy to put the lid on. All you have to do is fill the cup up with liquid. Then, you stretch the lid to go over the edge of the cup. Once you let go, the lid suctions tightly to the cup and you’re ready to go. I’ve been using the lids on these cups and they work really well. I’ve actually thought about trying them with the base of Caleb’s bottles too. They’re the right size and he’ll have to transition from bottles soon, so this might be the perfect way to do it.
The lids are also made from a single piece of silicone. This means that they don’t have the additional parts that a normal sippy cup top has. Those sippy cup lids are so hard to get completely clean and dry, even if you take all the pieces out to wash. Some of our sippy cups, I’ve noticed, have started to look a little….funky under the lid. Which is enough for me to get grossed out and toss if I’m not able to completely get them clean. I’ve also lost lid parts when everything doesn’t get put back together right away after they’re dry. The Ashtonbee lids fix both of those issues.
This pack of sippy cup lids can be found here and costs $14.99.
These bibs are definitely my favorite Ashtonbee product we’ve tried so far. So much of our day revolves around either napping or eating. And having a baby that loves to eat is something really new for us. Liam was a lot slower to get the hang of food, but Caleb will pretty much eat whatever we put in front of him. And possibly whatever’s on my plate too. These silicone bibs are perfect for littles as they navigate the world of food.
Probably my favorite thing about these bibs is that they’re made from a soft, flexible food-grade silicone (which is also BPA-, BPS-, latex-and phthalates-free). This makes the bib super bendable so that no matter which way Caleb moves around in the high chair, the bib moves with him to catch whatever he drops. There’s a pocket at the bottom of the bib too. The silicone is still sturdy enough so that the pocket doesn’t collapse and close, but it’s big enough to save most things from falling into Caleb’s lap. It didn’t take long for him to discover the pocket and he loved looking in there for more food once everything’s gone from the high chair tray.
The bibs come in a pack of three. This is great because it saves me from having to wash the bib immediately after a meal in order to reuse it later in the day. I also really like that the bib’s flexibility means I can scrunch it up early and stick it in the diaper bag when we go out. Caleb loves participating in meal times when we eat out, so this allows him to do that while minimizing the mess on his clothes and the floor.
Another feature I really like about these bibs is how adjustable they are. There are several size settings on the bib strap, so you can easily adjust the size as your baby grows (or if they’re adorably chunky). The bib strap also has a double closure, which makes it harder for the bib to be pulled off. Caleb’s nearly a year old and has yet to be able to pull this bib off his neck. I remember when Liam figure this out, we pretty much gave up on bibs altogether because the dumped bib made even more of a mess. I love that the Ashtonbee bibs are extra secure so that there’s less mess to clean up.
The bibs are also easy to wash. I just wash them by hand with warm, soapy water and then hang to dry. They dry pretty quickly, so if you do want to use them right away again, that’s totally doable. The bib set can be purchase here and is listed for $17.99.
Head over to Ashtonbee’s Amazon page to see all the other products they offer. Don’t forget that you can use the code “WEARLOVE” for a discount. The code is good until 4/18/18.

The fruit teethers look really cute. I remember those teething days. I loved having a set of fruit teethers that I put in the freezer. I kept them in the freezer for whenever we needed it.
